The National Silver Dollar Roundtable (NSDR) is holding an essay contest for a young numismatist (YN) age 18 or younger to attend one week of the 2024 ANA Summer Seminar (money.org/summer-seminar), the hobby’s premier educational event (airfare included). Essays should be 300-500 words long and can cover any aspect of U.S. silver dollars. They must be written without outside help.
The submission deadline is March 1. First-, second-, and third-place winners will be announced March 17. The first-place winner will receive the coveted scholarship, while second and third-place will earn a U.S. Savings Bond for $500 and $250, respectively.
