Numismatic Monopoly

The New Zealand Mint has created a unique Monopoly set to celebrate the real-world monetary institutions shaping numismatics. Created in collaboration with the ANA and the Berlin World Money Fair, the Limited Numismatic Edition of Monopoly showcases an industry that spans centuries, connects continents, and continues to evolve. “Monopoly has always been a game about money, strategy, and building wealth—making it a natural fit for the numismatic industry,” says Vedran Babic, CEO of the New Zealand Mint. 

The ANA and the ANA’s World’s Fair of Money® occupy squares on the board, alongside world mints, numismatic organizations, and international conventions. Each board comes with a $2 coin featuring King Charles III’s effigy on the obverse and a stylized “M” on the reverse. Both the board and $2 coin are individually numbered.
