This week’s headlines include free U.S. Mint shipping, a theft in Switzerland, the Paris Mint’s 2026 numismatic program, and an interview with ANA Curator Doug Mudd.

The U.S. Mint is offering free domestic budget shipping for a limited time on orders over $100. Eligible orders placed from November 28-December 7 will ship for free.

Thieves stole several dozens of gold coins from the Roman Museum in Lausanne, Switzerland. The criminals smashed open a secured display case to access the coins.

The Paris Mint will announce its 2026 numismatic program during a public online presentation at December 11 at 4 p.m. (Paris time). Julien Sabouret, head of collections, will present the 2026 coin themes.
