This week’s headlines include a commemorative coin proposal, a new directory of trusted dealers, and John Kraljevich joining Stack’s Bowers Galleries.

The House of Representatives has passed a bill for a three-coin commemorative program that would honor working dogs, including those in the military. The legislation has been forwarded to the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.

The Anti-Counterfeiting Educational Foundation has launched a Trusted Experts Directory at its website. The directory includes dealers and experts who have a reputation of dealing honestly and have pledged to not knowingly sell counterfeits.

Stack’s Bowers Galleries has appointed John Kraljevich, proprietor of John Kraljevich Americana since 2007, as its newly created position of director of numismatic Americana.

The Kingdom of Eswatini in Southern Africa (formerly known as Swaziland) issued a 50-emalangeni commemorative bank note to mark the 50th anniversary of its central bank.
