This week’s headlines include an upcoming NNP Symposium, Chicago Coin Club Hall of Fame inductees, and a second print run of the latest Cherrypickers’ Guide.

The next Newman Numismatic Portal (NNP) Symposium will take place May 2-4, in conjunction with the Central States Numismatic Society convention in Schaumburg, Illinois. Sessions will be available in-person and livestreamed.

The Chicago Coin Club has announced two new inductees to its Hall of Fame. The 2023 inductees who are being honored for their significant contributions to numismatics are Mark A. Wieclaw and Professor R. Edward Davis (1878 – 1940).

Whitman has released the second print run of its Cherrypickers’ Guide to Rare Die Varieties: Volume II, 6th Edition. The entire first print run of over 7,200 copies sold out in just under four months.
