MCCC Charity Auction

The Montgomery County Coin Club (MCCC) recently held its annual charity auction to raise funds for the Montgomery County Humane Society. Comprising 66 lots donated by MCCC members and friends, the auction raised over $1,200 for the Humane Society.

The MCCC dedicated its 2025 auction to past member and prominent numismatist Scott Allan Barman, who died in August 2022. An avid collector who belonged to several numismatic organizations, Berman was a published author and wrote an award-winning coin-collecting blog.
